These terms govern use of HiyangExpress services operated by Epanath Innovations Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information required for delivery.
Service availability
HiyangExpress provides local delivery only in enabled service areas. Serviceability, available vehicle options, delivery capacity and pricing may vary by pickup and drop location, time and operational conditions.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop, contact and parcel information, ensure the parcel can be lawfully transported, and make the parcel available for pickup. Prohibited, illegal, dangerous or unsuitable items must not be submitted for delivery.
Rider and delivery operations
Rider assignment and delivery progress depend on rider availability and operational conditions. Estimated times are not guarantees and may be affected by traffic, weather, access, recipient availability or other circumstances.
Charges and payment
Applicable delivery charges are shown or communicated through the supported booking flow before confirmation. Cash-on-delivery or other supported payment handling must follow the order details shown in HiyangExpress. Online or prepaid payment should be used only when it is explicitly enabled in the supported customer flow.
Cancellations
Cancellation availability and any applicable charge or refund depend on the order status and the supported cancellation rules at the time of the request. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for more information.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Customers must protect OTPs and riders or administrators must protect passwords. Do not share authentication credentials with support or third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with dispatch or tracking systems, submit fraudulent orders, abuse riders or staff, or use HiyangExpress for unlawful activity.
Service limitations
HiyangExpress may restrict, suspend or refuse service where required for safety, fraud prevention, serviceability, legal compliance or operational reasons.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be assessed according to the circumstances of the order, the information provided, the nature of the service and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
